本次暑期實習將聚焦於高科技廠房的數位轉型與智慧管理，透過物聯網（IoT）、人工智慧（AI）、數據分析及數位孿生技術，提升廠房管理的效率與智慧化程度。實習生將有機會參與實際專案，學習感測數據收集、系統開發、數據可視化及AI模型應用，並探索智慧製造技術的前沿應用。

本次實習涵蓋以下三大核心主題：

[自動化管線佈局]

運用數位孿生技術與演算法設計最佳化管線佈局，以提升空間利用率。

[無人巡檢規劃]

開發無人巡檢計畫，結合IoT感測器與AI影像分析技術，強化設備監控並提升異常偵測能力。

[智慧維護與故障預防]

透過大數據分析與機器學習技術，預測設備故障並制定智慧維護策略，降低停機風險與維修成本。

This summer internship focuses on the digital transformation and smart management of high-tech manufacturing facilities. By leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, and digital twin technologies, we aim to enhance facility management efficiency and intelligence. Interns can participate in real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience in sensor data collection, system development, data visualization, and AI model applications while exploring cutting-edge smart manufacturing technologies.

This internship covers three key topics:

Automated Pipeline Layout

Utilizing digital twin technology and algorithms to design optimized pipeline layouts, improving space utilization.

Unmanned Inspection Planning

Developing autonomous inspection plans by integrating IoT sensors and AI-driven image analysis to enhance equipment monitoring and anomaly detection capabilities.

Smart Maintenance & Failure Prevention

Applying big data analytics and machine learning to predict equipment failures and implement smart maintenance strategies, reducing downtime risks and maintenance costs.
