Research and Development for Intelligent Layout Planning Technology and Resource Management System of Aluminum Formwork



模板工程是混凝土結構物的重要工程,在全球性缺工的困境下,模板工程需要有所革新,鋁模板正好為此帶來契機。鋁模板的施作相較傳統木模板來說更簡單,模板師傅不需要在現場反覆進行裁切、拼裝、敲釘、拔釘等工作;模板施作難度的降低也讓新學徒可以快速上手,可以解決缺工的問題。然而,施作鋁模板所需要的前置作業會比傳統木模板還要多,且因鋁模板的可使用次數遠高於傳統木模板,亦產生了資源倉儲管理的需求;因此,本專案將以研發鋁模板智慧配模技術與資源管理系統為目標,協助產業應用鋁模板於工程專案中。


Compared to the timber formwork, the aluminum formwork is easy for laborers to assemble and disassemble. It can relieve the global labor shortage issue. However, appropriate layout planning of aluminum formwork is necessary since laborers should not make processing onsite. In addition, aluminum formwork also requires warehouse management since it can reuse many times than timber. Therefore, this project aims to develop intelligent layout planning technology and resource management system for aluminum formwork.
