[實習主題] -- 機械手臂模組化預製建築元件

模組化建築與建築元件預製法能降低施工風險外,更能有效地提高整體施工效率。然而,現今的建築元件預製工廠仍然仰賴大量的勞動力,在全球營建產業勞動力逐漸短缺的趨勢下,若缺乏自動化與機器人技術的引進,將造成營建產業生產力下降,進而導致建築營建成本提升。本專案以預製金屬外覆系統為例,建立金屬預製建築元件BIM模型與資源庫,提出一套智慧機器手臂建築元件預製解決方案。並透過硬體原型開發、軟硬體整合、關鍵功能測試與縮尺實驗驗證所開發的解決方案。本專案目標協助傳統營建產業導入自動化流程,未來工程師可直接將既有的建築資訊模型導入機器人規劃模擬平台中,並在視覺化的環境中進行機器人生產的路徑規劃與模擬,最後將模擬結果透過控制模塊導入機器人生產線中。


Modular construction and prefabrication of building components can reduce construction risks and effectively improve overall construction efficiency. However, today's prefabricated building component factories still rely on a large number of laborers. In the global trend of labor shortage in the construction industry, the lack of automation and introduction of robotics will cause a decrease in productivity of the construction industry, which in turn will lead to an increase in construction costs. This project takes prefabricated steel exterior energy retrofit as an example, establishes a BIM model and resource library of metal prefabricated construction components, and proposes a set of intelligent robotic solutions for prefabricated construction components. The solution is validated through hardware prototyping, software and hardware integration, key function testing, and scaling experiments. The goal of this project is to help the traditional construction industry to introduce automation processes. In the future, engineers can directly import the existing building information model into the robot planning and simulation platform, carry out the robot production path planning and simulation in the visual environment, and finally import the simulation results into the robot production line through the control module.
